Our Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping Within the United States:
All orders shipped to Continental US over $99 Get Free Shipping. Otherwise, shipping is calculated based on the approximate weight of your package, so in order to give you an exact shipping cost we would have to know exactly what you are ordering. When you put items in your shopping cart, the shipping cost is calculated and adjusted according to the items you put in your cart. If you'd like to know how much your shipping cost would be for an item, you can put it in your shopping cart and then click 'check out' to see how much the shipping cost is listed for that item or list of items.
Shipping times vary depending on the state you live in and your choice of shipment carrier (UPS or US Mail). Your shipping address is the address to which your order will be shipped unless you select another shipping address for this order.
Shipping outside the US:
PayPal is the easiest method of payment for our International customers. You may make payment via money order as long as it is in U.S. dollars, and there is an additional $5 charge for International money orders because our bank charges us $5 to deposit International money orders. All International orders will be shipped via USPS.
We are not a customs broker and are unable to help you with customs. If there are any extra charges by the country to which the package is being shipped, these costs are extra, and are not included in your payment to us. You may have additional costs for customs and for clearing that are not included in your bill from us which you are responsible for. We are also not responsible for any customs delays in receiving your order, this is beyond our control and will not be acceptable as a reason for refusal of the goods sent.
If you receive any damaged goods you must contact the shipping company as soon as possible in order to process any claims. If the item(s) did not appear to be damaged in shipping, contact us as soon as possible so that we might make sure you are happy with your order. Do not discard the box or packaging material until the matter is settled. We have a 100% guarantee that you will be happy with the goods sent, but shipping costs and customs fees are not refundable.
Return Procedure:
There is a 7-day return option. After 7 days there is a 20% restocking fee. No returns are accepted after 15 days.
1. Email us and let us know what it is you are returning, and the reason for return.
2. Let us know whether you want a replacement, credit or refund. No cash refunds after 15 days.
3. We will give you a reference number to write down and include in your return shipment to us.
4. If we are not contacted prior to the return there is a 10% restocking fee regardless of date of order.
5. It is your choice of how to return items, but it is always safest to insure the shipment and provide some method of tracking.
6. All shipping cost for returns are the responsibility of the customer. If an item is returned that originally was shipped for free the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
